So many books, tape programs, and articles expound the goal philosophy. We all work toward our goals, but sometimes, maybe many times, we fall short.
Why? What went wrong? Did we? Or is this all a sham? We know some people make it. Some people reach their goals. We read about them all the time. Why not me?
Goals and goal-predicting are critical to success in your
MLM Network Marketing Business opportunity, and one must focus on the intended result. We have written down our goals in crystal clear terminology. We have made those little cut-out pictures and put them on the walls for constant moral and visual support. Haven’t we all chanted our goals robustly, with confidence, unwavering and vibrato? Probably that and then some.
What is missing, though, when we fall short? Can we discover the key principles that move us forward, or are we destined to drudge in the quagmire of disbelief?
Here are basic principles that I have learned, discovered, uncovered, and revealed to myself since I got started in Network Marketing. See if they don’t fit in some way for you: Read the rest of this entry »

You may not be new, but you do need tips to keep an eye on those who are! When your building an MLM team, you need to be able to determine when someone needs help or just plain won’t make it.
When it comes to abundance, one of the most common “set-ups” for scarcity results from lack of awareness and understanding of the process required to create or access it.
Consider the space shuttle at take-off. Have you noticed its huge fuel tanks? I once read that the space shuttle uses about 85 percent of that fuel in the first five minutes of its flight! It is being launched into space where it will orbit around the earth for five to ten days, yet it uses 85 percent of its fuel in the first five minutes! Why?
It needs the fuel to overcome inertia and get moving. Once it actually lifts off, it needs more fuel to gain speed and break through the earth’s gravitational field. Only after it has made it through gravity can it be carried by earth’s orbit for the duration of its mission.
As your MLM Team begins to “launch” toward their goals and abundance, it is important that you understand the importance of this example. Anytime someone sets a new goal, they will also need to overcome “inertia” to get moving toward that goal. Just like the space shuttle, they will need to have lots of “fuel” to do this. (By the way, if you’re wondering what this has to do with abundance, the state of inertia is rarely abundant.) Read the rest of this entry »

The biggest challenge most people encounter when they become self-employed and start their MLM Business is driving themselves to do what it takes to become successful. When there is no one looking over your shoulder, it’s easy to let things slide. The problem is that it doesn’t “seem” to matter when no one knows, except YOU!
To be successful, and to develop the necessary habits and disciplines for a lifetime of wealth and happiness, with a real MLM fortune, YOU have to become both your employer and employee! YOU have to be the one to establish the job requirements AND the person who performs those requirements. YOU have to be the one who checks to see that the job is being done right and the one to answer for when it is not.
Employing yourself means accepting Full Responsibility - responsibility for doing what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, and how it needs to be done…to the Best of your Ability.
Remember, you can lie to other people if you want to, but you cannot Afford to Lie to Yourself! The only way to develop the habits that success requires is to “demand” and “expect” nothing less than your Personal best.
We don’t expect you to know the skills, but as the CEO of your MLM Business, it is your responsibility to learn the skills. You, hopefully, have joined an MLM Team that is committed to your growth, so failure to ask falls on you.
If you were going to “pay” someone else to build this for you, would you let them show up late or not stick to the Internet hours they set the first week? Would you let them get by talking to 1 person a week? Would you accept feeble attempts to explain why they didn’t do what they promised you when you hired them? Of course not! AND you must not accept that level of performance from yourself either! Not if you are deadly serious about going to the Top with your MLM Company. You are the only one who can make yourself do what it takes to be a success in your chosen venture and in the business of life. So take your responsibility - as an employee and as an employer - Seriously!
One of the most important lessons for any human being to learn is how to make yourself responsible TO yourself and FOR yourself. Master that skill and you will be well on your way to a lifetime of untold wealth and happiness and an Incredible Residual income.

Getting lots of inquiries from potential customers is great. It means that you are well known in your chosen market. But all this popularity won’t do you much good if it doesn’t generate sales.
The most common complaint I hear from MLM Distributors is that their MLM prospects just won’t part with their money. Potential customers are accused of being slow to make decisions, reluctant to change their thinking or just behind the times.
While this can be frustrating, it is a big mistake to blame the prospective MLM customer for not taking action. Look closer to home for the real reason why your conversion rate is disappointingly low. The reality is that you actually have a lot of control over this issue. But you have to be proactive.
The general rule is : Read the rest of this entry »
