The Formula For turning Failure into Success

Failure is not a single, cataclysmic event. We do not fail overnight. Failure is the inevitable result of an accumulation of poor thinking and poor choices. To put it more simply, failure is nothing more than a few errors in judgment repeated every day.

Now why would someone make an error in judgment and then be so foolish as to repeat it every day? The answer is because he or she does not think that it matters.

On their own, our daily acts do not seem that important. A minor oversight, a poor decision, or a wasted hour generally doesn’t result in an instant and measurable impact. More often than not, we escape from any immediate consequences of our deeds.

If we have not bothered to read a single book in the past ninety days, this lack of discipline does not seem to have any immediate impact on our lives. And since nothing drastic happened to us after the first ninety days, we repeat this error in judgment for another ninety days, and on and on it goes. Why? Because it doesn’t seem to matter. And herein lies the great danger. Far worse than not reading the books is not even realizing that it matters!

Professional Impressions will make or break Your MLM Business

These are the The 10 Most Common Business Etiquette Errors and it is something you need to be aware of and share with your MLM Team so they are not doing them.

1. Wasting other people’s time. Are you sometimes late for appointments? Do you occasionally arrive unprepared? Have you missed deadlines for turning in assignments? Do you feel that barging into another person’s conversation or work space any time you want is acceptable?

2. Speaking before thinking. Listen carefully to yourself. Do you call people by inappropriate nicknames or use forms of address such as “Hon” or “Babe” that could be interpreted as demeaning or insulting? The Biggest Challenge we ALL face when beginning our Network Marketing Business

The biggest challenge most people encounter when they become self-employed and start their MLM Business is driving themselves to do what it takes to become successful.  When there is no one looking over your shoulder, it’s easy to let things slide.  The problem is that it doesn’t “seem” to matter when no one knows, except YOU!

To be successful, and to develop the necessary habits and disciplines for a lifetime of wealth and happiness,  with a real MLM fortune, YOU have to become both your employer and employee!  YOU have to be the one to establish the job requirements AND the person who performs those requirements.  YOU have to be the one who checks to see that the job is being done right and the one to answer for when it is not.

Employing yourself means accepting Full Responsibility - responsibility for doing what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, and how it needs to be done…to the Best of your Ability.

Remember, you can lie to other people if you want to, but you cannot Afford to Lie to Yourself!  The only way to develop the habits that success requires is to “demand” and “expect” nothing less than your Personal best.

We don’t expect you to know the skills, but as the CEO of your MLM Business, it is your responsibility to learn the skills.  You, hopefully, have joined an MLM Team that is committed to your growth, so failure to ask falls on you.

If you were going to “pay” someone else to build this for you, would you let them show up late or not stick to the Internet hours they set the first week?  Would you let them get by talking to 1 person a week?  Would you accept feeble attempts to explain why they didn’t do what they promised you when you hired them?  Of course not!  AND you must not accept that level of performance from yourself either!  Not if you are deadly serious about going to the Top with your MLM Company.  You are the only one who can make yourself do what it takes to be a success in your chosen venture and in the business of life.  So take your responsibility - as an employee and as an employer - Seriously!

One of the most important lessons for any human being to learn is how to make yourself responsible TO yourself and FOR yourself.  Master that skill and you will be well on your way to a lifetime of untold wealth and happiness and an Incredible Residual income.

Playing Monopoly for Real

Do you remember playing Monopoly the board game? With its little green houses and red hotels.   (Unless you have the Collectors edition in which case the houses are silver and the hotels are gold).

Do you remember collecting rent from people who landed on your property… Do not pass go… Get out of jail cards… Community Chest cards and all that?

It came to me in a flash today, that building a financial empire on the web is a lot like that.  This can really supercharge your MLM business online from both the opportunity and the products or services you provide.

In Monopoly, you start the game with just a little bit of money (just like MLM network marketing industry).  You land on properties and decide to buy them, if you can afford them. Eventually you add houses to your properties and then hotels.

Most people start online with little money and buy a property. It’s called ”getting a domain name and hosting”.

Accept no Limits in Yourself or Your Business

You are not limited to the life you live right now. It has been accepted by you as the best you can do at this moment. Any time you’re ready to go beyond the limitations currently in your life or your MLM Business, you’re capable of doing that by choosing different thoughts.

We each earn the income we do today because that is the amount we have limited ourselves to earn. We could easily earn 5, 10, 20 times more if we did not limit ourselves through the thoughts we maintain and the things we do.

Turning No’s into Business

You’ve obviously found that everyone you speak to isn’t going to say Yes, but did you know that MOST people won’t say NO twice to you?  Especially if it’s someone you know, like and trust!  So when you realize that, you can work it to your benefit.

When someone tells you “No thanks”, Thank them for being open and honest about it and then ask; “Would you be one of my Ambassadors? 

We all have Great respect for Ambassadors…their out there creating Goodwill for each others countries.  So could you be one of my Ambassadors?  All you have to do is refer people to me when you run across (use STEAM) anyone that you know enjoys Sales, loves to Teach, is Enthusiastic, has a good Attitude, or is looking to make extra Money.  Would you be willing to do that for me? Are you Familiar with S.I.N.A.L.O.A

The reason why some people don’t do well in an MLM  business is because they don’t understand what they get paid for.  As an MLM Distributor, you do not get paid for making sales or sponsoring others, you get paid for talking to people!  If you talk to enough people on a consistent, daily basis, results (i.e., making sales and enrolling others) are automatic!

One of the most important concepts for every new distributor to understand is S.I.N.A.L.O.A. (Safety In Numbers And Law Of Averages).  S.I.N.A.L.O.A. means that if you do something consistently, over a prolonged period of time, the numbers will always produce a Law of Averages for you.  This is a great MLM Accountability technique for you to easily grasp.

For example, suppose you were to pass out 250 business cards this week, and that as a result of passing out those cards you made 5 sales for a total profit of $50.  Your law of averages would be that, for every 250 business cards you pass out, you get paid .20 per card - regardless of how people respond!  Whether someone calls or doesn’t call, whether someone says yes or no, you get paid .20 for every card you pass out and for every person you talk to!

And that’s where the Safety in Numbers part of the equation comes in.  If you pass out another 250 business cards, chances are excellent that you will make another $50, profit or .20 per card.

Once you have established your Law of Averages, by talking to enough new people every day, achieving your goals becomes automatic!

You see when you keep records of what activities you are doing it enables you to clearly SEE your Law of Averages.  Once you have established your Law of Averages, you will then know exactly what to do every day to achieve your Business Plan.

So the key here is to keep good records of what you’re doing and follow your DMO consistently! 

Contrary to what the old adage suggests, practice doesn’t make perfect, Practice makes Permanent!  Whatever we do on a daily basis becomes part of our permanent habit patterns.  By consistently applying what you learn, you will develop the right habits - Permanently!  Discipline habits.  Commitment habits.  Attitude habits.  Consistency habits - all of the habits you need not only to build a thriving business, but to enjoy a lifetime of wealth and happiness.

What you do with what you learn is going to determine what lies ahead for you.  If you practice this new concept consistently, then what lies ahead for you is a future filled with exciting personal challenges and phenomenal personal growth.  How high you climb toward the summit of achievement, however, is entirely in your hands.  You are the variable that is going to determine where these new concepts take you in the months ahead. 

You could be discussing the activities you are engaging in and trying to determine your S.I.N.A.L.O.A., with your upline.  It shows them you want to be accountable for your MLM success.
